If your artwork were to fade for any reason we will replace it free of charge for as long as you own the artwork. Simply return the artwork to us and we will happily ship you a replacement piece without delay.

Our artwork is printed using traditional light-sensitive photo papers. Because it is real photographic paper, our artwork has the tactile look and feel that traditional art demands. The prints are made on the Chromira using an LED light source, and then processed in RA-4 chemistry. We choose to print on Fuji Crystal Archive paper which has beautiful color and rich, deep blacks.

- Our Prices Do Increase Regularly This pricing structure ensures that your investment increases in value proportionally. All orders placed after a price increase are billed at the new prices. We do reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

-Your Package will be Shipped Both Insured and Trackable It is necessary that you receive your artwork in perfect condition. We take every precaution to pack your artwork with extreme care and protection. Matted photographers are packaged within layers of oversize cardboard and the corners are reinforced.

If for some reason the artwork were to arrive damaged despite the care we took packing it you are covered by our exclusive free replacement warranty. Simply call or email us, return the damaged artwork and we will ship you a brand new piece at no extra cost.

Returns We want you to know that each and every purchase is covered by our 100%, "take one year to decide" money back guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying our artwork in your home or office. If this is not the case just return the artwork to us and we will refund your money. This warranty will be honored whether you made your purchase over the internet, over the phone or in person. This warranty does not apply to personally autographed and/or dated pieces nor to pieces which were altered, modified, reframed or re-matted by someone other than us. Your piece must be in like-new condition when we receive it. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours. If you have purchased multiple pieces from us and wish to return them for a refund you need to ship your pieces back to us all at the same time, preferably in a single package. Your return needs to be insured and trackable. Each return must be preceded by communication with us by phone or in person (no email), notifying us that a return is coming. Returns for which we have not been notified, and returns that have not been approved by us, will be returned to sender. Our policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
